Organised by the district, the Manconumidad, of Debagoiena (Upper Deba) in partnership with the local council, this festival held in November has quickly become an established and very popular event. Bergara’s traditional sweets, fillings and cookies take centre stage in the afternoon, accompanied by hot chocolate.
